The focus of my clinical practice is to assist individuals, including adolescents, couples and families to become their very best and to live their lives with a sense of accomplishment, dignity and purpose.
My therapeutic approach is to help my clients gain clarity about what they want to achieve, challenge their reality of the problem, determine what they need from me, support their strengths, identify the obstacles to their success and decide whether or not they are willing to do the required work.
This collaborative process is achieved through hard work, staying committed to the task at hand, taking risks, being authentic and a willingness to think and feel differently about themselves and others. The therapeutic relationship, built on trust and mutual respect, is fundamental to the success of our work.
